What is your minimum order?
We supply from pallet quantities up to full 40' containers. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm what's possible for that product.
Which trade terms do you quote on?
Tell us the terms you buy on, for example FOB, CFR or CIF, and the destination port, and we'll quote accordingly.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed per order. Ask us about the options for your first shipment.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on the product, season and volume. We confirm a dispatch date with every quote.
Can you pack to our specification?
Yes. Packing, grade, size and labelling are set per order to match your market.
Which documents do you provide?
We prepare the shipping documents for each consignment. Tell us what your customs broker needs and we'll confirm.
Can we get samples first?
Ask us. For many lines we can arrange a sample or a trial shipment before a full order.
Do you source products that aren't listed?
Often, yes. Our network of growers and packers covers more than what's on this site, so ask.
